If you need to return any Devision clothing, we want to ensure a smooth process for you. Returns can only be handled through direct communication, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. You can contact us via email at info@devisionwear.nl or through our social media channels.

Remember, you have a 14-day window from the date of purchase to start the return process. Contact us within this timeframe, and feel free to provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return. Our dedicated team will be happy to assist you and guide you through the return process.

Return Procedure for Devision Apparel:

Once your returned item is in our hands, we'll promptly send you an email to keep you updated on its status. This email will include information about the approval or rejection of your refund.

For approved returns, we will process the refund, which you can expect to receive on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping:

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items, and these costs are non-refundable. If you're returning an item from outside The Netherlands, be sure to label the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. While we strive to make the process seamless, please understand that Devision Wear cannot be held responsible for any customs charges incurred or any lost packages during the return process.
